Setting Rescu up to save lives.

Rescu saves lives with access to police, fire, and ambulance services in just two taps on your phone. But during moments of crisis when every second counts, most people still see 9-1-1 as their only option.

Rescu needed to get their must-have app for emergencies into the right hands. EFM helped introduce Rescu as the better, faster alternative to traditional emergency response.

Altogether, we identified four key segments that aligned to the features and benefits of Rescu—Smart Tech Enthusiast, Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Caregiver, and Military.

After determining target audiences, we set out to understand who they were, how they thought, and what needs drove their decision making. This meant figuring out their unique goals, key obstacles, and frustrations with traditional emergency response.

The resulting personas shed light on the Rescu app features that would appeal most to each segment. From there, we crafted messaging libraries tailored to their specific needs. This laid the groundwork for storytelling throughout every stage of the customer journey.

Elevating the user experience online.

From redesigning their website to revamping marketing communications, we shaped the Rescu brand with a focus on building trust and driving conversion. Our fresh take on the website delivers more personalized experiences with landing pages catered to each audience.

We brought informational content to life through animations and video testimonials that showcase the app features in action. In addition to visual storytelling, we created a series of blog articles to strengthen the brand’s reputation as safety experts.

As Rescu expands their app offerings, EFM leads strategic and creative development for endeavors on the horizon. With the release of Rescu’s new Apple Watch integration, our team developed a creative campaign encompassing website, social, and live event promotions.
