After more than a year away, the hospitality landscape looked nothing like business as usual. Staffing shortages. Changing guest expectations. Rising demand for premium, personalized experiences. This all presented an opportunity for Medallia to help hotel general managers not only adapt, but capitalize on an unprecedented return to travel.

Experiences For Mankind was tapped to introduce Medallia Zingle as the best-in-class messaging platform powered by Artificial Intelligence for modern hospitality. With sights set on hotel GMs, our first move was to identify their unique pain points and key motivators. This guided our creative strategy as we developed a cross-channel campaign that would truly resonate with our B2B audience.

Our audience-first approach made it essential for us to craft a playbook with nuanced language speaking directly to what GMs care about, like improving RevPAR and Net Promoter Scores. Bringing it together with an established illustration style and branding, our team then produced print collateral, video assets, and a direct mailer that offered the chance to experience Zingle’s AI in action. The final “Return to Travel” campaign inspired hotel GMs to see how Medallia Zingle could help streamline operations, enhance the guest experience, and grow their revenue.
