Our team jumped in head-first, organizing a dynamic full-day virtual workshop with key stakeholders at Shutterstock. Armed with a Miro board for real-time collaboration, we crafted a series of engaging sessions, each designed to bring Shutterstock’s brand aspirations into sharper focus.

We encouraged them to share their candid thoughts about the current state of the company. Their these insights helped us identify internal challenges and spot branding issues that needed fixing. By the end of the day, we had a clear vision of where they aspired to take Shutterstock.

Equipped with these insights, we set to work. Our team established a mix of short-term and long-term brand goals and delivered a revised brand story, all tailored to resonate with their audience. We drew up a roadmap, a sort of treasure map, if you will, to guide them through initiatives ranging from awareness campaigns to foundational brand work and new internal processes.

We also delivered a competitive vision and mission analysis to help them understand their unique position in the market. We shed light on their audience, revealing who they were speaking to and what problems they could solve for them.

Along with long-term strategies, we suggested short-term wins to continue the momentum. These included improvements in their onboarding process and day-to-day processes, considering the influx of new hires.
