Charles has traveled the country working in advertising and photography for more than 20 years. With an innate ability to bring out the best in his colleagues, he has led them to award-winning campaigns for General Electric, Kaiser Permanente and more. By building plans that extend beyond end goals, Charles guides clients from planning to execution, and is proud to connect them to his multi-disciplinary team. Outside of the workplace, Charles enjoys performing with his band and volunteering with his sons for the Boy Scouts of America.


Javier Iniguez

With the notion that success is delivering beyond expectations, Javier has done just that for 18 years. He has helped EFM grow from less than 10 to more than 35 employees, creating dynamic campaigns for numerous brands including Jenny Craig, Johnson & Johnson, Sony and more. Javier's specialties include brand strategy, integrated campaign planning and creative. He is an avid supporter of his team's personal and professional growth, and works to foster talent and encourage collaboration. When he's not in the office, Javier enjoys spending quality time with his friends and family.


Paul Billimoria

Paul’s contagious positivity has helped him thrive as a management consultant for more than 70 companies over the past 20 years. Originally from Bombay, India, he has traveled the world helping businesses attract talent and employees develop their skills. Paul has lent his expertise to HRG, Inc., RandallK and Canyon Graphics, and has worked with Nokia, Whirlpool and more. Even in his personal life, Paul takes pleasure in helping people flourish. He teaches martial arts in his spare time, and treasures the moments he spends with his family.


David Coulson

David boasts more than 11 years of experience developing digital, social and mobile experiences for some of the biggest brands in the world, including Starbucks and NBC Universal. Driven by his passion for the industry, he has spent many late nights thinking of new ways to elevate the consumer journey. His strategies have set the standard for more meaningful connections between brands and their audiences. While brand stories are his forte, David never shies away from sharing his own with his colleagues and clients.


Morgan Graham

Raised in Mississippi, Morgan has brought her southern hospitality and fierce organizational prowess to EFM for over seven years. With the belief that trust is critical to success, she has developed strong relationships with clients including Sony, Astroglide, Qualcomm and more. Her realistic timelines and solid planning ensure that the client is as proud of the final product as we are. When she’s not hard at work, you might find Morgan hiking with her mom, exploring the country or cheering on the New Orleans Saints.


Jason Koy

Jason has navigated through challenges in the retail space for over 15 years, helping brands like Harley-Davidson Motor Company and Allstate Insurance stand out from the crowd. Specializing in retail brand strategy, Jason transforms customer experiences to drive sales. He has managed display projects throughout his career that range from small to multimillion-dollar endeavors, and he brings a unique, client-side perspective to the agency. Whether he’s watching customers interact with a brand, spending time with his family or exceeding his fitness goals, Jason revels in life’s magic moments.


David Fried

Sr. Copywriter & Strategist


Writer. Brand builder. Musician.
A multicultural wordsmith, David brings nearly a decade of agency experience to EFM, building brands and developing campaigns for clients like Intel, Shure, Kwikset, Ballast Point Brewing & Spirits, Pirch and ExxonMobil. David transforms valuable insights into effective strategies and executions for his clients. He combines his specialties – brand identity, content strategy, and voice and messaging guidelines – to tell distinctive brand stories that yield long-lasting results. When he’s not working with words, David turns to the language of music, playing guitar and recording compositions.


Summer Jackson

Art Director


Designer. Simplicity seeker. Birdwatcher.
A nature enthusiast with a thirst for adventure, Summer has spent the last 11 years creating awe-inspiring experiences for brands like Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and Arizona Biltmore. An active member of her community, Summer has also served as a volunteer Brand Director for the non-profit Compassionate Eye Foundation. Clients and coworkers alike appreciate that she listens first and speaks second, combining her team’s individual strengths for effective results. When she’s not designing, you’ll find Summer bird-watching, hiking or admiring a local art show.
